Help your Body Naturally sent me a pair of their bamboo sport socks and one of their herbal hot or cold packs for review. The socks are eco friendly which is very cool. I like these socks but next time I would get ones that are low cut and barely show.

I really like this pack because it smells really nice and soothing. They come in all different shapes and sizes for different uses and can even be used to ease menstrual cramps.
