Lucy's cookies is a brand that makes gluten free, vegan, no cholesterol, milk free, egg free, nut free cookies. I was sent a bunch to try for review. I tried the chocolate chip. They are a crunchy cookie and are very tasty. They tasted kind of salty which I liked! These are a great alternative for people with different food allergies. For three cookies, there are only 130 calories! They have 2 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, 170 mg of sodium and 5 g of fat. Not too bad! Thanks Lucy's for the cookies!
