Asian Peanut Coleslaw

Asian Peanut Coleslaw
This recipe is fast, tasty, and healthy! Try it!
Ingredients:
1 lb of cole slaw mix
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons olive pil
Garlic/onion powder to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (I used honey roasted)

1. Mix all ingredients together except for the peanuts.
2. Let coleslaw marinate in the fridge for about 1-2 hours.
3. Top with peanuts and enjoy.
To make this a complete meal, you could add some grilled chicken on top!

  7. This looks great!! Thank you for sharing it. For a real healthy, meatless meal, one could add grilled/baked tofu ... or meatless hot "dogs" with a pineapple salsa. Okay ... this is making me hungry! :-)
