Lawash wraps at the Grand Rapids Gordon Food Show and became instantly interested. The person who was working at the stand showed me how the breads can be crumpled into a ball and how they still would not rip. Since I am a huge fan of wraps, this seemed awesome!
The other thing that really made me want to try these is that they are a local Michigan company. I love trying products from all over the country but finding a Michigan product makes me more excited than anything! These wraps are made in Dearborn, MI which is about 30 minutes from my parent's house.
A few days ago, one of the people from Lawash called me up after I had emailed them and I explained my interest in their products. They sent me a huge case of their products including the regular ones and the low-carb. Although I am not on a low-carb diet, I liked that the low-carb wraps were only 70 calories per large wrap. The regular ones are still good though at 110 calories.
