Nutrition Fix Review

Nutrition Fix is a company that sells different kinds of protein powders and supplements.  I had not heard of this company before but they seem to sell a pretty nice selection of products. 

Personally, I do not often eat protein supplements but my husband really enjoys taking them.  He likes to make a shake out of the powders for some additional protein.  They sell a powder by Optimum Nutrition that is really tasty.  I have tried that before and liked it mixed into some plain oatmeal.  The problem for me is that sometimes powders are too sweet so it's all about finding one that tastes good.

They also sell some protein bars including Luna and Supreme Protein. I love both of these brands. Luna makes a cookie dough bar that is delicious. Supreme Protein is definitely my favorite brand though.  They make all different flavors that honestly taste just like a candy bar but are full of protein.  My husband goes through these like crazy. 

Finally, they sell protein shakes like Muscle Milk.  I have not tried these but I know that a lot of people like them after a workout.  This company seems to have pretty good deals.  For example, for a box of 12 Luna Protein bars, it costs $13.58.  This is better than many of the prices you will see in a grocery store.
