The Nutritionist Reviews: Spartan Race -->

Spartan Race

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Spartan Race for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I come from a family of runners.  I did cross country for 3 years in high school.  My brother is on a scholarship in college for track and cross country and my sister used to do cross country in high school.  We all used to run road races in the summer and my siblings still do.

There is a race called the Spartan Race. If you love to run, this may be the race for you.  It is a challenging race and includes an obstacle course. It involves mud and trail racing. The distances start at a 5k. These races were created so that people learn to have fun when they are exercising.  The goal is to get people off of the couch and to go out and have a great time.

If you sign up, you will be sent a daily workout for training, a newsletter, and different inspiring blogs.  Over 300,000 people will be participating in this event this year. I bet my brother would love to do this race. I won't be participating but it would be very fun to watch!

Feel free to check out the race and sign up for one in your area. There are no Spartan races in my area (Michigan) but the closest one is probably in Indiana.
