Sonic Ultimate Summer Drink Guide

Summer is in full swing and there is nothing like an icy cold beverage to help cool you down. I have been to Sonic a couple of times for a treat and like their extensive drink menu. I have tried out their low-cal diet limeade before and their real fruit lemon slush.

Sonic allows you to mix up your drinks the way that you like them which is very fun! I was asked to create some low calorie drink recipes using Sonic's many different drink options and here is what I came up with:
1. Mango Arnold Palmer- This drink adds a tropical twist to a traditional Arnold Palmer beverage.
  • 3/4 unsweetened iced tea
  • 1/4 Minute Maid Lemonade
  • Splash of sugar-free mango syrup
2. Mint Mojito- I love mojitos which I tried for the first time on my honeymoon. The mint and lime flavors are very refreshing together.
  • 1/2 diet iced green tea
  • 1/2 low cal diet limeade
  • Splash sugar-free mint syrup
3. Summer in a Glass- The combined flavors of lemonade and mint scream summer to me.
  • 3/4 diet iced green tea
  • 1/4 Minute Maid lemonade
  • Splash of sugar-free mint syrup
4. Raspberry Blackberry Limeade- This berry infused drink is refreshing and tasty.
  • Low cal diet limeade
  • Splash of sugar-free blackberry syrup
  • Splash of sugar-free raspberry syrup
5. Orange Blush- This drink reminds me of a mocktail that I used to make when I was younger.
  • 3/4 Sprite Zero
  • Splash each of cranberry and orange juice
Next time you are at Sonic, check out the Sonic drink menu to see what kind of drink combination you can come up with.

Hope you enjoyed these drink concoctions that I came up with!

Disclosure: I was provided a gift card to create these drink recipes from Sonic. All opinions are my own. Fast food should not be consumed on a regular basis but I do not have a problem with it on occasion.
