Zensah Compression Socks Review

Zensah
Since restarting running earlier this year, I have been loving compression socks. They really do help my legs heal and feel better after a run. I was recently sent a pair of Zensah compression socks to review.

These socks are knee high and help blood circulation and oxygen flow to help increase athletic performance. I have worn compression socks for two races and really like them. I have gotten some of my best times doing these races and think they honestly helped me. They are supposed to help you be able to run farther, bike longer and train harder.

The socks have graduated compression which helps the blood circulate. They have arch support which is great for me because I have high arches. The toe and heel are padded to help absorb shock. The fabric helps to regulate skin temperature and fight bacteria. The socks are  breathable and moisture wicking which is very important for socks.

Until recently, I did not know the importance of wicking socks and how cotton socks and workout gear is not ideal. I really like these socks and will definitely be wearing them more as the weather is about to get cooler.

  1. Due to a DVt in my left leg I must wear a compression thigh hi so that I will be able to walk. I can walk with out it but not for too long. They do help with blood flow and energizing the leg.

  2. Who knew a pair of socks could do all that for a person! I certainly didn't :) I swear, you learn something new every day!

  3. Love the color. If I was running inside and not out in the triple digit heat this weekend, I'd sure wear them!
