PJ's Organic Burritos Review

PJ's Organic Burritos
I was recently sent some PJ's Organics burritos to try and review on my blog. I had never tried this brand before and was excited to do so. My husband loves breakfast burritos so he took on reviewing these burritos.

I was sent four different flavors of burritos:
- Denver Breakfast Burritos- eggs, cheddar cheese, red and green bell peppers
- Skinny Breakfast Burritos- egg white, feta, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes
- Surf’s Up Breakfast Burritos- eggs ground beef, jalapenos, and cheddar
- Chicken & Cheese with Green Chiles Burritos- chicken, pinto beans, green chiles and cheddar cheese

My husband really enjoyed the surf's up burrito. He though that it was flavorful and almost tasted like chorizo was in the burrito. The only thing that he wished was that it would come with some sauce on it since it was a bit dry. For the other burritos, he added some salsa or hot sauce onto his burrito before eating it.

All of these burritos have 300 to 340 calories, 13 to 15 grams of protein and 2 to 4 grams of fiber. The ingredients used are organic.

I enjoyed the skinny breakfast burrito the most. I love feta cheese and the combination with the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes was delicious.

I enjoyed trying these burritos and since weekday mornings are so busy for my husband and I, I would buy these in the future to save time in the morning.

  1. I have never heard of PJs, but they look great! I am trying to expand my breakfast horizons to try more eggs! I hope to increase my protein intake, it will only benefit my training! This would be a great place to start! Thanks for the review, I would love to try them out!

  2. The Denver burrito sounds delish, I didn't know they made that kind. I just tried the skinny breakfast burrito today and have to agree with you, it's really good!
