I don't know about you, but I love pie. It is easily one of my favorite desserts. My favorite kinds are strawberry rhubarb, raspberry, my Mom's apple pie with homegrown apples and key lime pie. The thing about pie is that while it is always delicious, it is often high in fat, calories and sugar. One slice is easily 300-500 calories each.
