I had not tried the cookies and cream bar until now. It is Quest's newest flavor and has no added sugar, 3 net carbs and 21 grams of protein. These bars are gluten free as well. This flavor was great! It reminded me of cookies and cream ice cream. I think that this particular flavor would be awesome broken into little pieces in ice cream.
Quest bars are good eaten plain but even better microwaved for 20 seconds or baked for a few minutes in the oven. People love to make Quest Bar cookies by breaking them into pieces and baking them.
Some of my favorite flavors of Quest Bars are the banana nut muffin, chocolate chip cookie dough and apple pie. I like them all though so it is hard to choose favorites. A lot of these bars are hard on my stomach (eating more than 1 per day) so I just stick to one a day maximum.
These Quest Bars all taste like dessert to me and have a great chewy texture. I love that I am getting a bunch of protein and fiber without a lot of sugar or calories. Most of the bars have 170-210 calories each.
Here is an example of the ingredients in a Quest Bar and the nutrition facts:
