Wiley's Finest Fish Oil Review

Wiley's Finest Fish Oil
Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

During pregnancy, I know how important it is to get the right amount of omega-3 fatty acids. It is important for both mom and baby and helps with baby's brain development. I currently do not take an omega-3 supplement everyday but if I do not eat foods rich in omega-3, I will take one. Some of my favorite forms of omega-3 in foods are chia seeds and ground flax. Everyday that I eat oatmeal, I sprinkle one or both of these on my oats for extra nutrition.

I was recently sent a bottle of Wiley's Finest Prenatal DHA supplements to try. You have to take 2 per day which is less than many other pills which require 3-4 pills per day. They are made with Wild Alaskan fish. A serving contains 600 mg of DHA and 120 mg of EPA. Pregnant women have to be careful with mercury and these are mercury free. Wiley's Finest fish oil products are made and sourced right in the USA.

Other benefits of DHA include helping to increase DHA level in breastmilk of nursing moms which can help support baby's brain, eye and nerve development. It is also through to help support healthy mood balance (which is so important in us crazy hormonal pregnant women!).

I have been taking these Wiley's Finest Fish Oil and have enjoyed knowing that I am giving my baby proper nutrition for growth and am helping myself as well.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
