Summer is often a busy time with all kinds of fun activities, work, kids, parties to attend, etc. Having healthy snacks available is important so that when you are hungry, you have something healthy to eat instead of ice cream or a burger. 1. Fruit smoothie- Combine your favorite summer fruits such as peaches, cherries, blueberries, raspberries and blend with your choice of Greek yogurt, milk, tea and ice.
