Healthier Snacks Review and Giveaway

Pretzel Perfection
1. Pretzel Perfection- Pretzel Perfection is a company that sells twice-baked pretzel sticks. They come in unique flavors such as lemon toffee, chipotle BBQ, stone ground mustard, tomato basil and garlic herb. I honestly didn't even know that these pretzels were gluten-free until I was eating them and looked at the bag. They do not even taste gluten-free making them a good choice for those who cannot tolerate gluten.

These pretzels are extra crunchy since they are twice baked and make a fun snack. One bag of these is only 100 calories and I appreciated that they were portion controlled. My favorite flavor is the stone ground mustard which has a light mustard flavor but not too strong.

Harvest Snaps
2. Harvest Snaps- I have been a huge fan of these snacks for a long time now. I purchase them often but have to stop myself from doing so sometimes because they are literally addictive. No joke, I usually finish the whole bag in 1 sitting (no self-control!!). These are crunchy crisps made with green peas and lentils. I like both versions a lot. Every single flavor is tasty but I think that my favorite is the wasabi ranch. Something about them is just so tasty.

They contain a bit more protein and fiber than other salty snacks and are quite low in sodium. You get a good amount of crisps per serving which is nice if you are able to have some self-control haha. Other flavors include tomato basil, lightly salted, black pepper, caesar and onion thyme. I had my family over recently and they enjoyed trying the tomato basil crisps. These contain a lot less fat than potato chips and are a delicious treat.

3. Nana's Nola- Nana's Nola is an organic gluten-free brand of granola. It is full of whole grains and contains 4 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber per serving. It is soy free, preservative free and does not contain any artificial additives. I loved having these granola bits for a snack. They are fun on their own or great with milk or over cereal. I liked that the flavor was kept simple and it complimented the flavors of my yogurt well.
