Healthy Snacks and Treats Review

I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving! Happy Black Friday!

I was recently contacted by a PR company to try a box of healthy snacks and treats. Sounds perfect for me! I enjoyed trying these snacks. Some I have tried before, some I had not.

-Alter Eco Chocolate- To be honest, until a few months ago, I didn't really even like chocolate. Recently, I started to really enjoy a piece after dinner a few days a week. I prefer dark chocolate and this Alter Eco one is good. I received the blackout one with 85% cocoa and a quinoa one with popped pieces of quinoa in it. Both are tasty and I know that the ingredients are a lot healthier than some of the chocolate bars you see in stores.

-Arctic Zero- I have tried Arctic Zero in the past and have mixed feelings on it. It is more like a frozen dessert than ice cream. It is a very low-calorie product and therefore, of course does not taste as rich as real ice cream. I look forward to picking up a package with the coupon that I received. I like adding this to smoothies sometimes.

-Orgain- My husband likes protein drinks since he is often short on time to eat. He enjoys both of these vanilla and chocolate versions.

-Bare Coconut Chips- If you love coconut, this product is for you! These chips are sweet, crispy and are very good. I like this toasted flavor best out of the ones I have tried.

-Earnest Eats Oatmeal- My favorite product that I tried was the Earnest Eats oatmeal in the blueberry chia flavor. I have always been a fan of oatmeal, especially now that the weather is cold, and like this brand. There are no funky ingredients and it is pretty rich in nutrients.

-ginnybakes- I loved this love & nuts Ginnybar! I had never heard of the brand before. It contains nuts, seeds, coconut and fruit. They are gluten-free and vegan and have a great flavor.

I loved trying these different products! When looking for healthier snacks, these are fun options.
