I teamed up with Simply Protein to offer all of you a great assortment of high protein snacks.
My favorite Simply Protein products are the BBQ tomato, spicy chili and herb and garlic protein chips. They are all tasty and I have shared these with my family in the past and they think that they are delicious, especially the BBQ tomato and spicy chili flavors.
They are made of pea protein and are a bit sweet. Each individual serving bag has 140 calories and 15 grams of protein. They made a fun snack. They are higher in sodium with 320 milligrams per serving. If you eat these chips, make sure the rest of your meal is low-sodium.
They also make whey protein bars in coconut, chocolate mint and apple cinnamon flavors. Each bar is low in calories with 150 calories, 15 g protein, 5 g fiber and are low in sugar.
Finally, they make a Simply Protein Crunch which I have not tried yet but the flavors look tasty.
