All About Cheese!

I love cheese! I think that it is a great source of calcium and protein. It makes its appearance in many of our meals. Of course, cheese can be high in fat and calories so watch portion sizes. 

My favorites are feta, extra sharp cheddar, dill havarti and blue cheese. What's great about these very flavorful cheeses is that you need less than if it did not have as much flavor.
