Cheeseburger Pizza

I wasn't planning on sharing this recipe but then it turned out too amazing not to share. If you love cheeseburgers with all the toppings, you will love this pizza. I initially made this recipe because I thought that my husband would love it but I ended up enjoying it even more than he did (and he really liked it.

Full of your typical cheeseburger toppings including cheese, burger, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onions, mustard and ketchup, this pizza is sure to satisfy.
Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients:
Crust of choice
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup cooked ground beef
1/2 large tomato, diced
2 tablespoons diced onion
2 tablespoons diced dill pickles
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Ketchup and mustard drizzled on top

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Top crust with cheese followed by the ground beef, tomato, onion and pickles.
3. Bake in oven for about 10-12 minutes until cheese is hot and crust is crispy.
4. Top with shredded lettuce, mustard and ketchup.

Enjoy! If you can stop at just 2 pieces, good for you. I went back for thirds on this pizza!!

For this recipe, I used thin pizza crust from the Great Low Carb Bread Company. I liked this for my pizza. Half a crust only has 130 calories. I also tried their other products- I was not a fan of the bagels until they were toasted. Without being toasted, they seemed too chewy to me but when it was toasted with cream cheese, it was a good option that is lower in calories than most bagels on the market.

This cheeseburger pizza will be added to my list of pizza ideas. It is unique to us and different from what we typically make.
