1. Crazy Richard's Peanut Butter- If you know me, you know that peanut butter is one of my biggest addictions! I can easily go through a jar of peanut butter in 1 week. I was sent this delicious creamy peanut butter from Crazy Richard's to try and I love it! It is full of flavor, is very creamy and I love that it is drippy which makes for easy drizzling on top of my oatmeal. I eat peanut butter every single day on bread, oatmeal, on fruit/vegetables, straight from the jar, etc. I am a big fan of this one! The best part about it is that the ingredients are just peanuts- no oil, sugar or salt. I shared some with my dad whose name is Richard and he liked it as well.
2. Garden Lites Muffins- As I have written about before, Garden Lites muffins are one of my very favorite snacks. They are amazing for dessert in the evening. I just heat one and eat it as is or top with nut butter. Totally delicious! I love all of the flavors. I was just sent the new veggie bites with broccoli and brown rice. Previously, I had only had sweet flavors but I really enjoyed this one too. It would make a great side dish in a meal or for a snack. The portion sizes are not too big and calories range from 60-130 calories for the different muffins making them an excellent snack. I love that every muffin has some kind of veggie in it.
Adalyn has not tried these yet but soon she will be able to and I will love knowing that she is getting veggies in her snack.
These bars are often recommend by dietitians and for good reason! They are tasty, seem like you are eating something quite indulgent, but are actually really good for you! I have been a big fan of KIND bars for years and often purchase them at the grocery store.
