Blackberry Protein Popsicles are so easy to make and make a healthy dessert or snack! Feel free to swap blackberries for your favorite fruit. I love popsicles and ice cream in the summer. The problem is that they are often filled with junky ingredients such as too much sugar or artificial preservatives. I wanted to create a filling popsicle for summer that was both delicious and filling with pretty healthy ingredients. I had the most beautiful giant blackberries in my freezer that I had purchased earlier this year. I pulled those out and got to creating and was very happy with the result. The color is a beautiful purple shade that I love.
