I love oatmeal and eat it 4-5 days per week. The night before I have to work in the morning, I add 1/2 cup of my homemade oat mix to a jar, add water and let it sit in the fridge overnight. When I get to work in the morning, I just heat it up and add a spoonful of peanut butter. I never get tired of this breakfast and look forward to eating it each day.
