Umpqua Oats

1. Umpqua Oats

I eat oatmeal 4 days a week (each day that I work). I usually make my own mix but sometimes, I like a little variety. These oatmeal cups from Umpqua Oats are delicious. I prefer the unsweetened variety such as the blueberry apple. My husband is not the biggest breakfast eater but swims on Monday morning before work and needs a quick, filling breakfast. He has been enjoying these oatmeal cups from Umpqua Oats for breakfast. We like the fun variety of flavors.

Larabar Bites

2. Larabar Bites

I was recently sent some Larabar Bites to try and they are such a fun plant-based snack. My daughter loves these because they taste like a sweet treat and I love them because they are filled with healthier ingredients such as dates, almonds, chocolate chips, coconut flour and a couple more ingredients based on the flavor. I like the mint chocolate truffles best. These snacks are all gluten-free and vegan. They make for a fun snack and I love that they are bite size!
