This dip is both protein and fiber rich. The protein and fiber comes from the chickpeas and peanut butter both! Healthy Cookie Dough Dip

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients 

  • 15-ounce can low-sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips to a food processor and blend until very smooth. Mix in chocolate chips and serve!
