Those lines make it almost impossible to read the text, especially for older readers. <br />Mickeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05019341327646894163noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8072073943271260623.post-71137907069764572772014-07-18T13:58:22.460-04:002014-07-18T13:58:22.460-04:00Amanda, it is incredibly simple to make your own k...Amanda, it is incredibly simple to make your own kefir and it's superior to store-bought (no pasteurization, no preservatives, no sitting around on a store shelf. Homemade kefir is better than store bought and it is perfectly fresh. I make a gallon a week (we all drink it every day, including my elderly Border Collies--as recommended by my vet). It takes me about 10 minutes or less to make a week's worth. Easy, simple, VERY inexpensive, especially when compared to the price of the inferior store-bought kefir. A simple search on Google will yield all the information you need. You might want to check out this website, too, for info and the price of kefir grains (around $20, and they reproduce endlessly): www.culturedfoodlife.com/what-is-kefir I have no connection with this website other than I am a happy customer. I just want to share the exciting news about making your own kefir!Mickeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05019341327646894163noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8072073943271260623.post-64281683590645315012014-07-18T10:40:25.113-04:002014-07-18T10:40:25.113-04:00Wow!
