Everyone knows that certain foods are better than others for you. But did you know that eating certain types of food can help different problems?
According to an article on Yahoo, there are 8 foods that are great for different issues.
Green tea- helps dry, thin hair (this is new to me!)
Healthy carbs (such as chickpeas)- can help fight a bad mood.
Walnuts/fish- fight acne.
Protein rich foods (such as eggs)- help stop splitting weak nails
Plain yogurt- bad breath
Milk/cheese- PMS (I have heard of this one before. I think that the vitamin D and calcium help)
Apple with peanut butter- helps give more energy. The mix of healthy carbs and protein are the reason.
