Fresh Vegetable Summer Salad
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 medium green pepper
1 medium cucumber
1 green onion shoot
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Chop tomatoes, cucumber and green peppers into small, bite sized pieces.
2. Chop green onion and parsley into small pieces.
3. Combine all ingredients together and serve.
