Earnest Eats Review

Earnest Eats Hot Cereal
I was recently sent some products from Earnest Eats to review. Earnest Eats sells baked bars, chewy granola bars as well as hot cereal.

I love oatmeal in the morning so I was excited to try these hot and fit cereals. They have a very unique blend called the Asia blend which contains mango, green tea and sesame seeds. I had never heard of anything like this before so I was looking forward to trying it. I have to report that it was very good.

I also enjoyed the superfood blueberry chia with dried blueberries, oats, quinoa, amaranth, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, sugar and salt. This cup of hot cereal contains 260 calories, 16 grams sugar, 6 grams fiber and 7 grams protein. The flavor is very good. I prefer to have no sugar in my cereal though so that is the change that I would make. I am trying to like quinoa in hot cereal but am still getting used to the taste.

These cereals are also sold in larger bags which is nice if you want to cook more than one serving or do not need to eat on the go.

Earnest Eats baked bars
The baked whole food bars are tasty in flavors like cran lemon zest and almond trail mix. I like the chewy texture of these. They remind me of a healthier cookie. Each one has 210-230 calories. They are filling and make a good snack.

Earnest Eats chewy granola bars
The Earnest Eats chewy granola bars are great if you are not as hungry. I liked the superfood trail mix flavor best. These contains oats, amaranth and quinoa which is neat to have all of these whole-grains in a bar. These have only 140-150 calories. I think that these would be good before a workout since they are light and provide whole grains for energy.

I enjoyed trying the products from Earnest Eats and think that they make a good breakfast or snack option.
