I love smoothies because they taste great and are a good way to pack nutrients into your diet. You can fill them with fruit, vegetables, yogurt, protein and milk, among other ingredients. I had fun experimenting with this matcha green tea powder, which gives the smoothie a boost of flavor and nutrition.
Most importantly of all, Adalyn was a huge fan of the smoothie! Packing a bunch of nutrients into my child makes me happy.
