This Avocado, Corn and Feta Chopped Salad gives you a burst of each flavor in every bite! Ready in 5 minutes, it makes the perfect salad to accompany any meal!
The thing that I am pretty adamant about is having produce for every meal. I almost always have some kind of fruit with breakfast and if not, for my morning snack. For lunch and dinner, we always have a vegetable. I love fresh produce and it never feels like a chore to eat it. To me, good nutrition is all about balance.
During the holiday season, it is not uncommon to have last minute get-togethers. When my brother is in town for example, we always spend a lot of time together as a family. An easy option is having pizza and a salad. We often do this and order a pizza from our local pizza place or bake a homemade or frozen pizza. Everyone likes pizza so it is a good crowd pleaser. It is a smart idea to keep a few items on hand during the holiday season in case you have last minute plans. I like having these Red Baron pizzas on hand for a last minute meal. They taste great and are ready in less than 15 minutes.
