Vitality Foods Review and Giveaway

Vegan Macaroni and CheeseDisclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I love trying healthier, ready-made foods. I know that many people are super busy at times and don't have the time or the energy to make lunch or dinner. I found a company called Vitality Foods which makes frozen vegetarian and vegan meals. I chose a few meals to try out and enjoyed them.

Vegan Macaroni and Cheese
The first meal that I tried was the Paula P's Creamy Mac. This is a vegan macaroni and cheese. It is made with carrots, cauliflower, cashews, lemon juice, liquid aminos, garlic and nutritional yeast. Honestly, it was not very creamy but it was tasty and I think that it was a good vegan option. I had a big salad on the side with mine to round out the meal.

Vegan Burritos
The Barehanded Protein Burritos were pretty delicious! They have tofu, potatoes, garlic, onions, mushrooms and nutritional yeast. My husband had these for a meal and enjoyed them with some hot sauce. Two of these burritos have 28 grams of protein which is pretty amazing for a vegan product.

Vegan Enchiladas
The Vitamin Rich Vi-chilladas are a vegan version of enchiladas. They include kale, tofu ricotta, creamy sauce, flour tortillas and enchilada sauce. These do have quite a bit of sodium but it is still less than most frozen meals.

I enjoyed trying the meals from Vitality Foods. They are tasty and healthy for when you need a quick meal. I was impressed how filling they were for vegan foods.
