-Toast with peanut butter, bananas, and a drizzle of sugar-free syrup.
-A couple eggs scrambled up with salsa, ground beef (leftover from a previous dinner), and topped with a little cheese.
-A bagel thin with a couple slices canadian bacon, ketchup, and a slice of reduced fat cheese (yum!).
-A smoothie with fruit of your choice, spinach (I swear you cannot taste it at all), yogurt, milk, and whatever else you feel like!
-A sandwich with hummus, veggies, and lunch meat (I have a George Foreman so I love to grill up these sandwiches. It takes less than 5 minutes and makes the lunch seem like it's from a restaurant.)
-Canned tomato soup topped with cheddar cheese, frozen veggies, and a little pre-cooked bacon.
-A salad topped with chopped veggies (anything you have really), canned beans (I love kidney and garbanzo), avacado (for healthy fat), and a slice of whole wheat toast made into croutons.
-A veggie burger (I like Boca original burgers and falafel Sunshine burgers) on a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and mustard.
