For dinner the other night, I really wanted was a ton of grilled vegetables so that was what we had!
Grilled Vegetable Packets
Chop up a bunch of vegetables of your choice and put them in tin foil. I used broccoli, green beans, green onion, mushrooms, and tomatoes. I put about 2 teaspoons of butter and a bunch of garlic powder. Seal up the packet and grill. These turned out amazing and very flavorful. I highly recommend them.
Cook for a few minutes on each side and make sure that they do not stick to the grill- zucchini is known to want to stick. This would also work really well for summer squash.
