Maranatha is a company that sells different kinds of nut butters. I had tried their no-stir almond butter from my grocery store a few months ago and really enjoyed it. I was sent a few other flavors of Maranatha nut butter to try.
Hands down, my favorite nut butter that I was sent was the no-stir coconut creamy almond butter. It is so delicious! The nut butter uses real coconut, not just coconut flavoring. This nut butter is creamy and satisfying. It gives you just enough coconut flavor but not too much to overpower the almond butter. This product is new and I can highly recommend it. Be warned- it is addicting!
I was also sent the no-stir raw maple almond butter. This nut butter has a light maple flavor and is very creamy. I do prefer roasted nut butters though because I think that they have a richer flavor. Ingredients include: raw almonds, maple sugar, palm oil and sea salt.
Two tablespoons contains 180 calories, 6 grams of protein, 3 grams sugar, 3 grams fiber, 15 mg sodium and 15 g fat. Although nut butter is high in fat, it is a healthy fat and you should not worry about the high fat content.
Finally, I was sent the Maranatha sunflower seed butter. This was my least favorite of the three but it was still pretty tasty. This nut butter had the highest protein and fiber content with 9 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber per serving. This sunflower seed butter is all natural and only contains 2 ingredients: sunflower seeds and salt.
I really enjoy Maranatha nut butters. You can find them in most grocery stores or they can be purchased online.
