Brancott Estate Flight Song Wines

My drink of choice is almost always wine. I do not drink alcohol all that often but when I do, like a nice glass of wine. I had never heard of this wine from Brancott Estate before. It contains 20% less calories than other wines which is awesome!

Did you know that 75% of people have broken their New Year's Resolutions within the first week? That is crazy to me! Since this wine is lower in calories, you can enjoy a glass with less guilt than other wines. It does contain 9% alcohol which is less than some other wines with 12-13% so if you are trying to get a buzz, you may have to drink a bit more since it is lower in alcohol content.

I was sent the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio wines to try from Brancott Estate. Both are very tasty. I like red and white wines but do tend to prefer the white. These are flavorful and not too sweet. This brand was the first to plant and create the world's first Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine.

I enjoyed trying these after putting Adalyn to bed for the night with my husband. These wines would be fun to try for anyone but I think that women would especially like these since they are often trying to watch their calories.

I like that I can have a glass of this for not too many calories and it still tastes great. This New Year, my goal is to continue to take care of myself so that I can properly take care of my daughter. This includes exercise, eating right, getting enough sleep and drinking lots of water. To keep up with these goals, I want to exercise 6-7 days per week, drink at least 3-32 oz water bottles per day, go to bed by 9:30 PM most work nights (later on the weekend) and eat lots of fruit, vegetables and whole grains. When I take care of myself, I feel my best and then can help out my family in the best way possible.
