Crust of choice
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup cooked ground beef
1/2 large tomato, diced
2 tablespoons diced onion
2 tablespoons diced dill pickles
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Ketchup and mustard drizzled on top
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Top crust with cheese followed by the ground beef, tomato, onion and pickles.
3. Bake in oven for about 10-12 minutes until cheese is hot and crust is crispy.
4. Top with shredded lettuce, mustard and ketchup.
Great Low Carb Bread Company. I liked this for my pizza. Half a crust only has 130 calories. I also tried their other products- I was not a fan of the bagels until they were toasted. Without being toasted, they seemed too chewy to me but when it was toasted with cream cheese, it was a good option that is lower in calories than most bagels on the market.
