This Kale Caesar Pasta Salad is so simple to make and is full of flavor and nutrients! Filled with whole-wheat noodles, kale, tomatoes, red onion and garbanzo beans.
Today is a very important day that calls for a celebration! It marks 9 years since I started dating my husband. 4/20 is a date that I will always remember and not for a reason that others talk about that date haha. Nine years is a long time and we are thrilled to be celebrating this great occasion together. We have a date scheduled tonight and I cannot wait!
Through our nine years together, we have gotten to have certain things that we love to do together. One of those things is to have a good meal together and another is to drink wine together. Why not combine those two things for the perfect day? I created this simple kale Caesar pasta salad for a summer BBQ side dish or main dish for a picnic. A lot of times, for a potluck, I do not know what to make and this is a great dish that is simple, tasty and a crowd pleaser.
We took this meal to our local park and enjoyed a beautiful picnic together. Finally, things are starting to warm up and summer is coming! I have so many fun things planned for this summer and cannot wait to do them all!!

Along with this pasta salad, we had some delicious Black Box wines. Wine is my alcoholic beverage of choice and I love boxed wine because it is so easy for a party and is often less expensive than buying bottles of wine. Perfect! I like the pinot grigio and cabernet sauvignon by Black Box wines. We like to get boxed wine when we have our bonfires because it is nice not to have to have glass outside and to be able to serve a lot of people easily.
Also, if you do not drink it all at once, you it can stay fresh for up to 6 weeks! Black Box Wines have won over 50 Gold Medals for its quality and are available for 40% less than comparable bottled wines. One box is equal to 4 bottles of wine so this is great for a party.
