Top 10 Healthy Products from iHerb

This post is sponsored by iHerb. All opinions are my own.

Have you guys heard of iHerb? It is an online site that sells all kinds of healthy products including grocery items, supplements, beauty and baby items and more! They have so many of my favorite products that I wanted to share some of them with you and talk about why I love them. It was easy to shop on the site as everything is organized by category such as baking or snacks. On the sidebar, you can sort by brand, price, weight, etc.

These are all products that I have enjoyed for quite awhile and think they're great. I got them all from iHerb! Click here to get $5 off your first order at iHerb, where you can get all of your healthy products needs.

1. Wilderness Poets Raw Pistachio Butter

If you guys want a treat, try this pistachio butter. It is rich, creamy and flavorful. I feel like pistachio butter is rare to find so I eat this slowly and enjoy it! It is great on oatmeal, toast or on a sliced apple. It is a great source of healthy fats and protein.

2. Tazo Zen Green Tea

Tazo is a favorite brand and I love this Zen green tea with lemongrass and spearmint. I always choose coffee in the morning but if I need a pick-me-up in the afternoon, I go for caffeinated tea. This one is delicious! Tea is high in antioxidants making it a nutritious beverage choice.

3. Now Foods Ultra Omega-3

I have been making sure to consume enough omega-3 especially after reading about the side effects of an omega-3 deficiency. My husband does not eat the foods that are rich in omega-3 so I started having him take omega-3 supplements awhile ago to meet his needs. This is a good one! I like omega-3 for brain health.

4. RXBAR Chocolate Sea Salt Protein Bars

I had heard about RXBARs for awhile and finally tried them for myself a couple months ago. They are so good! I like that they are high in protein and made with real ingredients. They taste great! This is the only flavor that I've tried but I loved it so I chose to order more of these. I look forward to trying more flavors. They are protein rich and filling.

5. Frontier Co-op Smoked Paprika

I love smoked paprika so much and you can't find this one everywhere and it is my favorite so I made sure to include it in my iHerb order. You just need a little bit and it adds so much flavor to foods. I use it in my Cajun Shrimp Boil Foil Packets and my family's favorite Smoky Sausage, Kale and Quinoa Soup. It is a salt-free source of flavor in dishes.

6. Bergin Fruit and Nut Company Dried Apricots

I have loved dried apricots my whole life and these ones are delicious. Eat them as is or smear with a little bit of nut butter such as cashew butter or sunflower seed butter. Yum! Apricots are a good source of vitamin C and potassium.

7. Organic Coffee Co. Ground Breakfast Blend

My favorite time of the day is coffee time. We use a reusable cup for our Keurig and brew a pot of coffee for Troy and I. I drink mine with 2% milk usually. This coffee has a milder flavor and is very fresh. Coffee is rich in antioxidants making it a good choice as long as you keep portion sizes in check.

8. Clif Kid Grape ZFruit Ropes

These are great for a healthier fruit rollup or fruit snack. Adalyn and I like the grape versions. I like that these come in a larger pack from iHerb so I do not have to buy them individually. They do not have added refined sugars and are made with fruit purees and juice concentrate. A fun little treat! They are healthier than some other brands because they are made with fruit concentrate and have no high-fructose corn syrup.

9. Sahale Snacks Fruit and Nut Blend Trail Mix

I love trail mix for a protein and healthy fat filled snack. This one contains dried cranberries, dried apples, almonds, cashews and pistachios. They come in individual packages and are great for on-the-go to keep in our diaper bag for snacks when we are out. Nuts are rich in healthy fats, fiber and other vitamins and minerals.

10. Made in Nature Dried Mangoes

I love dried mangoes but they are often covered in a super sugary coating which I am not a fan of. These Made in Nature ones have one ingredient: organic mangoes. That's my kind of dried fruit! These are sweet and chewy- nature's candy! Mangoes are a good source of vitamin C, vitamin A and folate.

I had a great experience ordering from iHerb and would do it again! The items shipped super quick in just 2 days and they have so much to choose from. The glass container that I got was wrapped in bubble wrap so that it would not break which I thought was good because I have been sent plenty of broken containers in the past from other places.
