Healthy Cranberry Multigrain Muffins

 Healthy Cranberry Multigrain Muffins
Tonight, my hubby had to work late so I decided that I would make some muffins to keep myself busy. They turned out amazing!

Ingredients:
1 package multigrain muffin mix (I used Marie Callender's mix)
1 whole egg
1/4 cup skim milk
1/3 cup applesauce (this is instead of oil)
1/8 cup chopped mixed nuts
1/3 cup frozen cranberries
1 tablespoon ground flax (optional)
2 teaspoons chia seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon maca powder (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pour batter into muffin tins (I used mini ones). Bake for 13-17 minutes. Enjoy!
While I baked, the puppies chilled in the sunshine!

I am going to try & do reviews and had no idea that some companies look at FB numbers and Twitter so I have not promoted them as much as my GFC. I need help in FB the most with the other two being second. Anyway you can follow will be a great help! Thanks and let me know how I can help you, too! By the way, the muffins look really good.
