Himalayan Salt Shop Review and Giveaway

My husband is an earth science teacher and loves anything related to that topic. He is a huge fan of Himalayan salt lamps and when I was sent this salt lamp to review from the Himalayan Salt Shop, my husband was excited and decided to take it to his classroom.

I first reviewed one of these lamps about 2 years ago.  My husband uses it as a lamp each night to read before bed. He really likes it! It gives a nice soft glow similar to a brighter candlelight. Also, for my dietetic internship, I worked at a cancer center for a week and they had these salt lamps all over the place for a calming effect on the patients!!

These lamps are very affordable and retail for $20 for the 4-5 lb size. They are made well as our first one has lasted us 2 years with no issues. The light bulb has not even burned out! These lamps look great both during the day when off or in the evening when turned on.  I like the calming effects of these lamps and thing that they would be great in many different locations (home, work, bedroom, living room, etc.). They would also make really nice and affordable gifts.

    OMG, I am a massage therapist and have wanted one of these FOREVER for my massage room. They have such a beautiful soft glow and the salt is a natural ionizer and air cleanser, which would make my room even more therapeutic! I can't imagine a more beautiful and perfect prize that I would not only enjoy immensely, but would get to be loved, shared and enjoyed with others each and every day!
