Stonyfield Blends Review and Giveaway

I am a huge fan of Stonyfield products and especially love their Oikos Greek Yogurt. They recently came out with a new line of yogurt called Stonyfield Blends. These yogurts have the fruit blended right into them instead of being fruit-on-the-bottom.

They come in both fat-free and low-fat. Some of the flavors include black cherry, peach mango, vanilla, lemon, strawberry banana, blueberry and more.
The first yogurt that I tried was the lemon. I really liked this one. It has 150 calories and 8 grams of protein. This yogurt is a bit thicker than many non-Greek yogurts. It is organic as well. This tasted nice and tangy and was quite filling. The only thing that I did not really like about it is that it has 28 grams of sugar. Some of that sugar comes from the milk and some from the fruit but I do wish that there was less sugar overall.

The low-fat variety has 160 calories, 3 grams of fat, 26 grams of sugar and 8 grams of protein. I really liked the low-fat vanilla variety.

If you have not tried Stonyfield products yet, I would highly recommend them. Their Greek yogurts are one of my favorite. They make an Oikos Greek caramel and chocolate that are both extremely delicious. You have to try them!
