Arctic Zero Review

I first reviewed Arctic Zero 2 1/2 years ago when I started blogging. I enjoyed trying these low calorie ice creams. One pint of this frozen dessert is only 150 calories (some studies show that they have more, but still not comparable to other ice creams. For my review, I was sent a variety of their products including their cookie and cream ice cream, strawberry, mint chocolate, vanilla maple and the Arctic Zero bars.

Arctic Zero ingredients include: whey protein concentrate, organic cane sugar, chicory root, sugarcane fiber, thickening gums, cocoa powder, salt, monk fruit concentrate and peanut flavor (for the chocolate peanut butter flavor. The ingredients are not perfect but they are not too bad either.

One serving of the chocolate peanut butter flavor has the 36 calories, 3 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, 0 grams fat, 5 grams sugar and 80 mg sodium. This "ice cream" is tasty! It is not as creamy of course as true ice cream but it does not taste like a diet treat to me either. Arctic Zero does a good job of making nutritious products while keeping them tasty.
My favorite products are the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and the chocolate dipped vanilla bar which only has 85 calories per bar. I had not tried the Arctic Zero chocolate dipped bars in the past but really enjoy them! I like sprucing up this low-calorie ice cream with a bit of hot fudge or other toppings such as fresh fruit or nuts.

Arctic Zero frozen desserts make a good alternative to traditional ice cream. If you want, you can even eat the whole pint since it is so low in calories. Enjoy!
