Good Boy Organics BOPS Chips Review and Giveaway

Good Boy Organics BOPS
Lately, chips have sounded like one of the most delicious snacks to me. The problem is that they are high in fat and calories. I recently found BOPS by Good Boy Organics which are Baked Organic Potato Snacks- a healthier version of chips. They come in four flavors: sour cream and onion, BBQ, sea salt and aged white cheddar.

Right when I received these, I had to try the sour cream and onion chips. These have 65% less fat than regular potato chips. They are certified organic and certified gluten-free. They are non-GMO verified and are baked instead of fried. I really enjoyed this flavor of BOPS. They do taste a bit different than full-fat chips but what do you expect removing 65% of the fat?

I found these to be very satisfying and liked that they are a bit thicker than regular potato chips. I had my sister over one night for a movie and she really enjoyed them as well.

Good Boy Organics BOPS
They are made with potato starch and flakes which is not at natural as regular potatoes but still a decent snack option. One serving contains 120 calories which is for 28 chips. A normal serving of chips is about 15 so if you like volume, this is a good option. The sodium is not bad at 190 mg per serving. One serving has only 3.5 grams of fat which is very low.

I really enjoyed trying these different BOPS snacks. My favorite flavor is the sour cream and onion followed by the BBQ. With all of my salty snack cravings I have been having, these are a healthier option than regular potato chips.
