Foods I've Tried Lately Part 2
1. Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt- I had tried Yasso bars in the past and enjoyed them but now, they are even better. I was sent a couple of coupons to pickup their bars and chose the sea salt caramel and chocolate chip cookie dough. They are 100 calories each and have 5 grams protein. They are the perfect sweet treat and are nicely portion controlled. I liked both flavors but my favorite was definitely the sea salt caramel. It was so creamy and perfectly sweet. I loved them! I shared these with my mom and sister and they both really liked them.
2. Lightlife Smart Ground Meatless Crumbles- We are not vegetarian but eat a lot of vegetarian products. I love these crumbles instead of ground beef which are great in a soup, for tacos, sloppy joes, etc. They are soy based with non-GMO soy. A 1/3 cup serving has only 70 calories, 11 grams protein and 0 g fat. It is a great alternative to meat. In something like chili, you cannot even tell the difference between real meat and this product.
3. Stubb's BBQ Sauce- In the summer, we like to grill, grill and then grill some more. We probably grill at least 4-5 days per week in the summer. It is just too easy and delicious not to. One of our favorite marinades for grilled food in BBQ sauce. I picked up these Stubb's BBQ sauces with free coupon in spicy, original and sweet heat. I liked them all and look forward to using them for BBQ chicken and BBQ pizza this summer. My husband has really been enjoying grilling and loves these sauces.
