Nutri Lifescience Giveaway

Nutrition is so important in helping you to feel your best. I personally know that when I don't eat well, I don't feel well. This past weekend was a blast. It was filled with a family picnic, a trip to the park and more. The food was great too- Mexican tamales, cookies, pumpkin pie bars and more. While all of those foods are delicious, they are not ones that help you to feel your best.

What makes me feel my best is eating right, drinking water, exercising and getting enough rest. This includes lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and some dairy products.

I was recently able to try a couple of products from Nutri Lifescience that can help you meet your nutrient needs. One of the products is Nutri Maqui which is an antioxidant filled beverage. You can take 1 oz per day to get a boost of antioxidants, polyphenols and anthocyanins. The beverage is made from the maqui berry. Antioxidants help to neutralize free radicals and protects your cells against oxidation. They can also help support a healthy immune system and healthy inflammatory response.

 Maquiberry-Data-1
Per 100 g serving, the maqui berry has more antioxidants than any other berry. One bottle has 32 servings which works out to $1.25 per day. If you do not consume a lot of antioxidant rich foods, this may be a good option to try for getting enough antioxidants each day.

This drink doesn't just have maqui berries in it. It combines dark purple maqui berry, with acai berry, pomegranate, elderberry, blackberry and raspberries which all contain antioxidants.

Nutri Lifescience's other product is called Bergamonte which is bergamot juice that comes from a citrus plant. It is known to possibly help cholesterol levels. It can help block HMG- CoA reductase which is linked to cholesterol production. A study showed that compared to people taking a placebo, the people taking Bergamonte  had a lower LDL cholesterol, lower triglycerides, lower blood glucose and a higher HDL.
