Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt
I love my Greek yogurt. If it was not so costly, I would eat it at least twice per day. I love many of the flavors on the market but they often have a lot of sugar. I love Greek yogurt because it is so rich, creamy and satisfying.

Everybody loves cookie dough so I decided to create this cookie dough protein Greek yogurt. If you need a boost of protein, this is the perfect breakfast/snack/dessert for you. Greek yogurt is already rich in protein and with the addition of protein powder, it is very high in protein. This would be great for people who do extreme workouts that require extra protein or for vegetarians that need a boost of protein.

This recipe is easy but not something that most people would necessarily think to make. I was pretty excited when I came up with this combo because it tastes like a decadent dessert but is really quite healthy. It is very thick and rich but healthy for you! I love it and will be making it regularly.

For this recipe, I used Purely Inspired 100% plant based protein nutritional shake which worked well in this recipe to give a boost of protein and nutrients. The protein mix is dairy, gluten and soy free. One serving has 16 grams protein and 7 grams of fiber. It contains a concentrated greens blend with broccoli and spinach. It is a blend of proteins including pea protein, brown rice protein and alfalfa juice protein concentrate.
