Products I'm Loving in 2016 Part 11

The Republic of Tea Teas

1. The Republic of Tea Teas

In the last year or so, my husband got really into drinking tea. I have always been a tea lover but now, he is too. His favorite kind in the world is The Republic of Tea Caramel Vanilla. It has a bold and rich black tea flavor that my husband loves.

We also enjoy the iced teas from The Republic of Tea and got to try their new flavors: mango coconut water iced tea and pineapple coconut water iced tea. Both are very good and perfect for summer. I can see myself hanging out in the backyard sipping this tea. They come in large bags that each make 1 quart of tea. I like to make a big pitcher in the summer to have in my fridge at all times!

Lundberg Rice Cakes

2. Lundberg Rice Cakes

Lately, I have been a huge fan of rice cakes. I'm not talking about cutting calories or trying to diet type-food but having a rice cake topped with almond butter, peanut butter or apricot jam. What I love about these especially is that they are made with organic whole-grain brown rice- yay for more fiber and nutrients!

For some reason, I had never thought to top rice cakes with chocolate and their Sweet Dreams rice cakes are awesome with a thin later of milk chocolate. I do not like things loaded in chocolate and this gave the perfect mix of sweet and salty.

Sartori Cheese

3. Sartori Cheese

I am a big fan of flavorful cheeses and love these from Sartori. My shipment came just in time for our trip to Castaway Bay and I made a huge pasta salad for the road with roasted vegetables in olive oil and garlic, cubed Sartori rosemary and olive oil asiago and an asiago parmesan Greek yogurt dressing. It turned out excellent! I love the flavor and how it was loaded with the rosemary.

I love giving my daughter food with flavor to expand her palette and help so that she does not become picky and this cheese is perfect for that. She loves it in little cubes for her snack or with dinner.
