How to Make Loaded Greek Fries

I let McCain® do the work for me with the fries and decided to use the McCain Craft Beer Battered Thin Cut Fries for this recipe instead of making my own. Now through 5/31/19, you can get $1.50 off any 2 McCain products at Walmart. You can submit your rebate & learn more details here. They can be found at Walmart and are super easy to just toss on a baking sheet, bake in the oven and then top with your favorite toppings.

McCain products are made with real potatoes and we like keeping a bag of these in the freezer for times when we feel like fries. We pair them with veggies, grilled burgers or chicken. They are crispy on the outside and the kids love them.

Fully Loaded Greek Fries
I tossed my fries in garlic powder and Italian blend spices for extra flavor. Once the fries are ready, top with feta cheese, chopped tomatoes, green pepper, red onion and banana peppers. Sprinkle with extra Italian blend spices if desired and serve.

The McCain fries also come in fun varieties like seasoned curly fries and Smiles mashed potato shapes. The kids think that these are so much fun!

Greek French Fries
I drizzled these loaded Greek fries with store-bought feta dill dressing. Or you can serve these fries with tzatziki sauce, drizzle on ranch dressing or even top with hummus.

While you are watching your favorite sports games on TV, these loaded Greek fries would make the perfect snack. They can be plated, served on a serving platter or even served right on the pan that they're cooked in and eaten nacho-style. Whatever you prefer! We were enjoying watching a little bit of basketball this spring and my husband enjoys watching some baseball games in the spring and summer.
