Dyper Diapers

Dyper Diapers

I've changed a lot of diapers in the last 4 1/2 years between the two kiddos and with another on the way, I have a lot more diaper changing in my future. I recently heard about Dyper which is a brand that makes biodegradable bamboo diapers and I knew I needed to try them. I am totally not one of those cloth diapering moms but would like to be able to help the planet more. Typical diapers do not break down and I have always felt guilty about that so it is amazing that these ones do. Dyper diapers contain no chlorine, latex, alcohol, perfumes, PVX, lotions, TBT or Phthalates.

Dyper Diapers

Do Dyper diapers work?

Yes! We have been using them for about a week and they work just like any other diaper, just better for the environment. We have not had any issues with leaks or diaper rashes or anything like that. The sizing is the only thing that is slightly difficult. My son is 23 lbs but very slim and even though his weight should fit in the size large diapers, they are a little big on him but I can fix that by putting it on tighter. Just something to note. You can do a monthly subscription to Dyper on their website to have these environmentally-friendly diapers delivered right to your home.

Atlas Protein Bars

Atlas Protein Bars

I am not super crazy about a lot of bars but these Atlas Protein Bars in the Peanut Butter Chip flavor are delicious! I couldn't believe how much I liked them. They are made with grass fed whey protein and have 16 grams of protein and only 3 grams of sugar. Atlas Protein Bars have no preservatives or artificial ingredients. I really enjoyed the chewy texture which is my favorite in a bar. Oliver who is my bar lover liked each flavor a ton.

RightRice

RightRice

RightRice is a rice that is made from vegetables, mostly beans. It is made from lentils, chickpeas, beans and rice. A serving has 10 grams of complete protein (since it is made from rice and beans and together, they have all of the essential amino acids to make a complete protein) and 5 grams of fiber. Amazing nutrition facts for rice. They come in several flavors including original, lemon pepper garlic herb and Spanish rice.

I am a huge fan of bean based pastas and this bean-based rice is no different! I love that it is loaded with protein and fiber. A lot of times, we have something like a stir-fry for dinner and I don't always add meat so this RightRice is perfect for that for a boost of protein to make the meal more filling. My kids LOVE rice so much and it is easily one of their favorite foods. We really enjoyed this "rice" as a side dish. I made the Spanish rice and added canned tomatoes and onions for flavor and it was awesome. This is one of those products on the market that is super nutritious and delicious. Yum!

  1. I don't have a bambino so I wouldn't have anyone to give the d
Dopers to so hopefully I win the other things. By the way, your son is adorable.
Those Atlas bars sound great. And I love all rice but this stuff is out of this world, nutrition wise.
