Greek Yogurt Fruit Pizza
Greek yogurt and fruit are two of my very favorite things in the world so why not combine them for a healthier dessert recipe such as this puff pastry fruit pizza? I love using Greek yogurt in creamy dessert recipes because it is thick and creamy but much more nutritious than other ingredients. We are loving all of the summer produce and I can't stock buying it in giant quantities because I know that it won't be here forever. This Greek Yogurt Fruit Pizza is super easy to make using all of the summer produce and is the perfect easy dessert recipe!

What is Fruit Pizza Crust made of?

For this fruit pizza, I decided to go with a puff pastry crust. I'm not a big fan of sugar cookie fruit pizza crust and don't love graham cracker crust so I went with something that sounded amazing. This puff pastry fruit pizza turned out great!

Can you make fruit pizza with puff pastry?

Yes! Puff pastry makes a delicious fruit pizza crust. In fact, it is my favorite kind of crust for a less sweet fruit pizza.

Puff Pastry Fruit Pizza

We love the Wewalka puff pastry which has 64 layers of dough that is laid out on parchment paper. It is so, so easy to use and I love it because I am not a huge baker and this dessert looks impressive while being easy to make. I want to try using it to make homemade spinach pie which has been on my must-make list for a long time! It comes refrigerated so you don't have to spend time defrosting it when baking!

Fruit Pizza Greek Yogurt Filling

For this puff pastry Fruit Pizza, I decided to keep it so, so simple and use vanilla Greek yogurt which is already sweetened and didn't need anything else added to it. If you like things even sweeter, feel free to add some honey or maple syrup.

My kids were so excited for this fruit pizza because they love anything with Greek yogurt and fruit like I do. They also love dessert and I loved knowing that they were actually eating something that was quite nutritious. It turned out so delicious! If you wanted it to be sweeter, you could add a drizzle of honey on top. I didn't think that it needed it since the fruit was so perfect.
