Sticky Honey Soy Meatballs

Oh my goodness, I am so excited to share with you my favorite recipe of the last few months: Sticky Honey Soy Meatballs. I cannot stop making these! In our house, we don't repeat meals that often but with these, they are something that we are making over and over. I have made them 4 times so far! These meatballs are so easy to make and are delicious pared with roasted broccoli or rice.

What kind of meat to use for Sticky Honey Soy Meatballs

Any kind of ground meat you want! You're gonna think I'm joking but for this recipe, I used vegetarian protein starters- I like the ones from Pure Farmland (not sponsored). You can also use ground beef, ground pork, turkey or chicken. Any kind of meat or vegetarian protein will work well.

How to Serve Sticky Honey Soy Meatballs

We love these meatballs with roasted broccoli. To make roasted broccoli, we toss broccoli in olive oil on a sheet pan and roast in the oven while the meatballs are cooking. Top with garlic and onion powder when the broccoli is cooked through. These also are delicious served with brown rice. Or serve this with my Asian Roasted Vegetables.

My whole family loves these vegetarian meatballs. We have also made them with ground beef. Both are delicious! I like to cut these into small pieces for Lily who is 1 1/2. I cut them in quarters for the other kids. If there are any leftovers, you may find your family fighting over them!
